Abstract. Monica Di Sisto is a university professor, journalist and vice president of Fairwatch, an organization that operates in the fields of climate change and international trade. In this interview with SPVet, she speaks about the consequences of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership Treaty, on the food sphere for European countries. Labeling of products, harmonization of food safety procedures, environmental regulations, may fall within the sphere of action of the Treaty. The global consequences for citizens, business enterprises and governments of european Countries, are still unclear.
